An article posted in New York Med Times Info shares the comforting story and history behind Jerry LeSeige and the reason he chose to carve and build a 5 foot tall clock to help comfort, support and communicate with his wife Joyce, who has both Alzheimer’s Disease and breast cancer, and is also now unable to speak. Mr. LeSeige feels his clock project has helped to bring him and his wife closer, through this unimaginably difficult time. It has likely brought him some comfort to focus on a labor of clock love that bridges the love and experiences he and his wife have shared over many years.
